I had planned a diner for 9 of my bowling executive and chose this place in Richmond BC because of prior engagements I have held there in years past. We were seated and asked about drinks and appetizers? Upon making several choices, we were told??? not to order them because, it would take to long to prepare? We canceled some.The one's we did choose, our waitress forgot to enter them? Main courses arrived,5 of the 9 were ICE COLD. One was not even cooked. I called for the manager and her response was that they had received numerous complaints about the seafood pasta dishes but that's what we have. Even after admitting this, we were still required to pay for these meals at a 10% reduced price? I was so outraged and everyone wanted to leave. We paid and went to another establishment to enjoy our evening. I would hope that the upper management of your organization takes a closer look at this location and modify everyone's efforts. |
