San antonio southern bistro offers its customers authentic italian food with a mediterranean flavour, prepared in the old fashioned way, as it was done by the cortese family in their hometown in italy, since the late 1800s. Our chefs are award winners in mediterranean cuisine. Our cooks are well trained as they were also brought up in grandma's italian kitchen. San antonio bistro is here to please their customers and with their preparation of such foods as succulent veal chops, veal scaloppini, steak, seafood, grilled eggplant, mushroom, red peppers and zucchini. Also delicious veal cutlets, italian sausage, meatballs, chicken, assorted pasta dishes, pizza, panzeratto and calzone. Of course, we also carry fine italian breads in our bakery. At the end of your meal you can enjoy delicious italian pastry such as sicilian cannoli accompanied by good espresso or cappuccino and fine after dinner cognac.
