Foodinc Reviews "Last fall we visited Halifax and on our way to Cow's Bay to pick up lobster(we stop by this small local family owned restaurant). To our amazement the food was prepare fresh and tasted great.I would definitly reccomend the cantonese chow mein.And by far the best tasting egg rolls I had.The woman who own the restaurant was so pleasant and friendly, made us feel part of the family.
