The coastal cafe re-opened it's doors in halifax on monday, june 4th with new owner chef mark giffin. Mark was most recently head chef at bish world cuisine where he designed and created some of halifax's most tantalizing culinary delights. Owning his own establishment has been a lifelong dream and mark could not pass up on this opportunity! being extremely passionate about food and possessing a creative edge second to none resulted in a delicious menu, with lots of options for vegetarians and wheat-free-ers! take a stroll and stop by the coastal cafe, treat yourself to one of mark's culinary masterpieces! you deserve it!. |
