Foodinc Reviews "Absolutely famous! This was the best moose steak I had in my entire life!! It was juicy and soooo flavorful with all those aboriginal spices and techniques. You should ask them for the "Waswannipi Bannik with ti fruits de la swompe" ; pronounce "Wah-CheeWah-Nee-Pee-Bah-NeeK-with-tee-frwree-dee-lah -swoompee" It's so marvellous, better with some spruce syrup, boiled by the Cree communities living alla around in the wonderful wilderness of the "Baie-James" For an exciting and unbeliveable trip in the real mioddle of nowhere without missing any good eats then Desmaraisville and all it's surroundings are the place to be!!!
