Fantastic, fresh lebanese restaurant! i lived in montreal for 4 years, where there were plenty of lebanese restaurants. I loved the ones that were quick and inexpensive. I am so happy to have found cafe beruit, because it outshines even the ones in montreal. The owner is always there (sometimes with one of his young sons), and he's friendly and helpful. He uses very fresh ingredients and wow the food is very flavourful (quite strong flavours like garlic, lemon etc. ). On top of that it's cheap and cheerful! it's easily accessible between 108 st. And 109 st on whyte avenue, and there is pay parking in front, and free street parking one block behind. The pictures of lebanon add a nice touch and he had lebanese music playing. This has become my new favourite for something quick and very tasty in edmonton! mmm. |
