Foodinc Reviews "We eat at Pearl River often, mainly because they seem to be the ONLY people who are knowledgeable and care about providing gluten-free food. They are amazing when it comes to recommending food that Celiacs can eat. (Most Chinese food restaurants don't have a clue about gluten-free and don't make any attempt at becoming educated.)
