While at The Norseman dine on locally harvested seafood and other specialties, served near a warm fire as you watch the sunset. As you dine, maybe you will catch a glimpse of the whales frolicking around the icebergs. All cold drinks, are served with iceberg ice and we are fully licensed to serve wine, beer and spirits. You can also come down to the harbour front to pick out a Live Lobster of your choice!In our Main Menu we prepare our meals with olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh parsley, real cows cream, sherry, white wine, fresh basil, etc. Come try our Famous Fish Chowder, Baked Cod, Beef Tenderloin, Local Lamb, Caribou, Scallops in White Wine Sauce or Fresh Lobster. All of the wonderful dishes are served with fresh local vegetables. Partridgeberry or Bakeapple cheesecake! Europeans love our starbucks coffee. We are one of only two restaurants in Newfoundland with a star rating In The book 'Where to Eat in Canada' we have a star rating and are rated one of the top 100 restaurants in Canada. You will be delighted to find this wonderful restaurant at the end of the road. |
