Built as a Granary in 1880 where it served the Farmer as a Grain and Machine storage until 1970. Turned in to a Restaurant in 1979 and changed in to "The Granary" Swiss restaurant in 1992 by Chef-Owner Erich Eugster. Foodinc Reviews "Located between Vankleek Hill and Highway 417 this quaint Swiss restaurant is a hidden gem. It offers authentic swiss cuisine cooked by Eric the owner,in an ambience reminiscent of a small swiss chalet. When you dine, you feel as if you have been invited into their home and all hospitality is offered. The food is excellent, the prices are reasonable.
