Foodinc Reviews "My wife and I have been to JR'S a number of times. The newly added Downstairs Bar is a great addition. And, if you want some place to take the family they have the restaurant upstairs. I love the fact that they became totally smoke free, even though they didn't have too. It shows their commitment to set an example as a true leader in their field. A prime example of business working for the community. The food was excellent as usual. I have been visiting JR'S since they first opened and the food has always been top notch. I really miss the shrimp night though. I wish they would bring that back, even if for only one day a month. Hmmmm. Lately though I have been eating the Tetrazini (it's starting to show). Rice pudding for dessert what else can I say about that. The service is always great, you couldn't ask for better. I find it reassuring that they will take the time to interact with the customer. Their staff has all the warmth and charm of an old friend. Kind of like a few European places I have been.
