Where the Irish Pub meets the French Bistro. Catherine is from Ireland and her chef husband, Gilles is from France. Our cuisine is unique and very original. Our specialty is a dish called BRiK and we have 18 types (ranging from Chicken to lamb, duck, veal, caribou, bison etc.) A BRIK is a roll of very thin crisy pastry and inside is cheese, stir fried vegetables and a main garnish, as i mentioned before 18 different types of Brik ! We serve them with locally produced baked potatoes, sour cream, and a (real) mixed salad, not a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomatoe pretending to be a salad! Gilles is also a chef Pātissier so all our 16 desserts are house made and absolutely delicious. We serve Guinness and have Quebec micro brews on tap and a selection of domestic and imported beers.
