Foodinc Reviews "I had the best manicotti of my life at Parmesan, creamy doesn't even begin to describe it. The tiramisu and capuccino were wonderful too making the meal one of the best I've ever had and totally worth the price. The service was excellent as well, all the waitstaff were very friendly, efficient, and accomodating to non-french speakers. It's not meant to be a quiet or intimate place, it's warm and lively with a singing accordion player and packed tables of people from all over the world. Highly recommended.
