Foodinc Reviews "My husband and I took our honeymoon up in Parksville. Saigon Garden was overwhelmingly recommended to us on two independent occasions by two locals (one of them running her own food place). The atmosphere was very casual, the service personable and the food came within five minutes. The food was AMAZINGLY good! I have to say that their wonton soup was my favorite and we had it for lunch everyday. On our last day there, we ordered $50 worth of takeout for our trip back home.
